I start taking tution in 2006 when I was in college .that is my first batch it's good start for me . Result was good after that in my second batch two students got 100marks . One become district topper now in school my result is always 100%. I am trying to get maximum 100 . My main focus is on weak students v. Worksheets with lots of questions provided to students for practice . For average students higher level questions provided.and good students variety of questions provided to improve and speed up to solve questions in given time period. I went to board answer sheet evaluation. That is good experience for me to learn new ways of solving questions with different school teacher .I am also applying in my coaching to improve
