Alka Jain M.A.(English Literature), M.A.(Education), M. Phil.., DCA, B.Ed., Pursuing PHD in Education from Gandhi Shikshan Bhavan College of Education, Mumbai University, has about 3 years of experience as an Assistant. professor in Rahul College of Education and 16 years of experience combined as a High School Teacher, coordinator, vice Principal, and HOD. I have also been appointed as chairperson for Elementary and Secondary Education at the University of Mumbai. Additionally, she has presented papers at national and international seminars.I also published a book titled Peace Education, which is part of the B.Ed. curriculum.I have also groomed her personality as a resource person for communication skills and coordinator of DLLE(Department of Life Long learning and Extension) and Training and Placement Cell. My passion is to motivate educators to adopt constructivist teachings and learning approaches and to promote experiential learning.
