1Vlookup is a very useful formula in excel. Vlookup can be used in two ways Exact and approximate. We can find and fill in data with the help of Vlookup.
The syntax of Vlookup is:
Vlookup (Lookupvalue, Table array, Column number, Range lookup)
lookup value is the value which ypu want to search from data.
Table array is the complete range of data.
The column number is the number of the column from the data which you want to find out.
Range lookup is the exact match (0) or approximate match (1).
Id name
1 Shilpa
2 Deepak
3 Pooja
Id name
2 Vlookup( Id number(2), full data (id,name), 2 (column number of name column), 0( exact match).
