How can I add or change an effect for a picture in Excel?

When you click on the picture inserted in Excel you can see a format picture tab hovering above the ribbon tabs. Click on it and you can see various options to change the effects for the picture.

Excel 2013: Click on Picture, Format ribbon will appear and you will find many options to play around with the effects.

Hi Bhakti, After inserting the picture, select it to activate "Picture tools" in the ribbon. Click on it and select "Artistic effects" to add effects to the picture
