Dear Sunil, If you have total IT experience not more than 6-7 years then i feel you can move to MSBI. But for this you need to break your experience. Secondly, you need someone who can guide you very sincerely.

Now IT companies is looking multi skills persons, so it would be better to learn BI as well but it requires continues learning with best practices. If you got a chance to work on good BI project post BI learning then definitely BI will hit your career path.

For tester, its always good if you start with learning SQL and get some hands on followed by ETL testing knowledge. You can learn SSIS, SSRS as you will gain good ETL and Reporting knowledge as almost all the tehnologies are similar to Microsoft tools
