SHRI THAYAGARAYA NRTUHYA KALA MANDIR

The Guru, Smt.GANGANARENDIRAN is the founder of the Dance institution, Shri Thiyagaraya Nruthya Kalamandir. She is successfully running this dance institution for more than 20 years.
Initially Smt.GANGANARENDIRAN learned KUCHUPUDI at the age of 6 from her Guru Krishnaya Sarma in Andhra Pradesh. Then she has completed her degree D.Pharm. With complete pledge, she had completed her NATYA MAAMANI course at THIRUVAIYAARU under BHARATHIDHASAN UNIVERSITY guided by her Guru Smt. Rajendiran Rathinambal. After that, She started her divine service in Bharatnatyam in 1994 at Gudiyaatham and another branch in Chittoor (AP). In 1997, She has established her first dance institution Shri Thiyagaraya Nruthya Kalamandir at SIRUMUGAI in Coimbatore district with its main branch in METTUPALAYAM. Since then, in her 24 years of experience, she has been training more than 1000 students. Also from 2010 she is working as a Dance teacher at SRI SACHIDANANDHA JOTHI NIKETAN, a reputed school in Kallar, Mettuppalyam.
An aspiration to spread the Divineness of this Dance Art lead to the formation of Shri Thiyagaraya Nruthya Kalamandir. This aspiration becoming the vision and mission of Guru.Smt Ganga Narendiran, has made her to be honoured by various appellation such as NATYA MAAMANI in 1993, NATYA THENDRAL in 2013 by METTUPALYAM TAMIL SANGAM, NATYA SUDAR in 2015 by TAMILNADU BRAHMIN ASSOCIATION(THAMBRAAS)-Chennai. And in 2017 She has received another dignified title as NATYA VEL from TAMILNADU PUDHIYA
