I am a dedicated Yoga expert with over a decade of experience guiding individuals toward holistic well-being. I completed my Diploma in Naturopathy and Yogic Sciences (DNYS) in 2015, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Naturopathy and Yoga (PGDNY) in 2017, which deepened my knowledge and expertise in traditional and modern yoga practices.

My teaching focuses on harmonizing the mind, body, and spirit through authentic yoga techniques, meditation, and breathwork. Over the years, I have worked with students of all levels, helping them improve flexibility, strength, mental clarity, and emotional balance. My approach blends ancient wisdom with practical, modern-day applications, ensuring that each session is both transformative and accessible.

Whether it’s Hatha, Ashtanga, therapeutic yoga for specific health concerns, or guided meditation for stress relief, my goal is to help every student unlock their fullest potential and lead a healthier, happier, and more mindful life.
