As per IT Companies both students are handled in same campus interviews. i mean if any It company conducting campus interviews they invite both B.Tech and MCA students in the same venue. B.Tech is undergraduate and MCA is post graduate course. As per recent news companies are not happy with simple B.Tech degree for software jobs. if you want to choose B.Tech then do additional certificate courses like MCSE, CCNA, Oracle certifcation and etc. MCA itself is considered as Professional PG. it is also efficient course for IT Job. you can choose anyone but most important thing is the way you learn course and its practise.
