I personally find Arun Sharma’s books at a bit higher level, beyond CAT expectations. The benefit of using this popular book is that you can google almost all of the questions and you would find a discussion on the same online. Someone or the other would have discussed it before. While for Quant, it can be debated which is the better book between TMH / Pearson, for LR / DI / RC – Pearson book wins hands down. To know more about Recommended Books for CAT Exam Preparation. Take time frame of at least one year and divide in into parts preferably four months for Quant, and at least two months for Verbal abili.

If i have two years of experience in a data collection job, will that give preference while selecting at an institution? Thanks
Usually such experience does not have any numerical value that is it will not give you any weightage. But during GD and PI this experience will be a great asset.
