You will have to prepare for both Verbal ability and Quantitatieve Aptitude. I would recommend "Word Power Made Easy" by Norman Lewis for English and any of the popular CAT Quants book for Maths. If you have already been admitted, you can study a little bit of accounting and some finance or marketing depending on your interest before you join the MBA program. You should be prepared to fight for the summer internships because that is very crucial. Work on your CV and get professional opinion before you join the MBA. read less

CAT vs MAT What is the difference in difficulty level?
Yes there is difference b/w both these exams the difficulty level of CAT is quite high as compare to MAT. Also CAT is conducted once in a year and MAT is four times in a year.
