Eligible means? If you are talking about getting a call for GD/PI, then a 100 %iler may not get a call from IIM-B and IIM-S as their GD/PI shortlist is heavily acads based- 10th, 12th and Grad. The same may be true for other top IIMs

I can't improve my CAT score above 93 percentile..what do i do?
For quantitative aptitude ensure that you get a strong hold on number theory basics. Do solve as many logic puzzles in spare time, as possible. This definitely improves marks in quants section.
