Vivek Singh Nikumbh

From May 2025 to May 2026, I worked as Administrative Staff at Seth M.R. Jaipuria School in Mau. I worked closely with teaching staff to coordinate school events and activities so they stayed aligned with academic schedules. I also served as the liaison between teachers and parents, resolving queries and keeping communication clear and timely. This gave me a practical understanding of how classrooms, teachers, and families work together.
My earlier roles with international customers at IGT Solutions and Concentrix, over more than three years, built my skills in clear, patient explanation. I regularly guided customers through troubleshooting steps and complex booking changes. I hold a BBA from the University of Lucknow and completed my ISC and ICSE schooling in English. I have full professional proficiency in both English and Hindi, written and spoken.
I am comfortable working remotely and with international students and teams. I would welcome the chance to discuss how I can contribute to your school or platform.
