i had recently taught in a school for grade 9 10 11. for me it was overall an good experience.i go through lots of mindset of students the way they think about teacher.some.student feel hesitate about asking their doubt but if a teacher connect himself to students according to their behaviour and needs then only students open up in front of their teachers. To be a good teacher we have to be disciplined as well as friendly nature with our students.

They asked numbers of doubt some are totally useless some are very confusing but to clear themselves in their mind we have to be a keen observer. We have to nurture them properly. teacher are like a second parent to the students i think we should behave in that manner to encourage iur students.
