First of all there is mistake in the question, as per your question, principal of management is a person who is the main controller.
If your quesion is 'What are principles of management?', the answer will be after taking an example.
You are a student and managing so many things in which the main thing is study. in short you are managing
1. your studies
2. your time for studies
3. your time for family, friends and relatives
4. your food (though its cooked by mom/dad)
5. games or physical exercise
6. examinations
7. managing class as a class monitor
Ultimately you are managing your time for your growth, similarly the management of a comapny has to manage the time, money and human resources for the growth of organization and also serving the society by their products or services they make.
The following terms are under principles of management-
1. Growth of organization in terms of expansion and profits
2. Growth of employees in terms of earning and training
3. Proper utilization of time of each indivisual in growth of comapny
