Talking of my experience, I can say that I've cracked the code while guiding them through this uncertainties and showing them their strengths too in the process. The students of the age are full of zeal and passion to explore themselves in different fields, and this profession gives me the exact opportunity to help them with that. The student teacher relationship that one has during this grade, is what i feel stays the longest in our lives. Because these are the times when we are about to enter the real world, have so many questions and what to know everything. And if received a right mentorship, the guidance goes a long way.
