IdentityI am Ravi Kumar - an educator, public speaking coach, and the founder of Speak India Online. But my journey did not begin on a stage. It began in silence. Born on 20 April 1988, I grew up as a quiet observer - someone who listened more than he spoke. Like many young Indians, I struggled with shyness, hesitation, and the fear of being judged. Words fascinated me, yet expressing them publicly felt terrifying. Instead of running away from this fear, I chose to study it. I immersed myself in communication skills, English language mastery, and human psychology. As I stepped into the education field, I saw a pattern repeating everywhere - brilliant students who couldn’t speak confidently, talented professionals who lacked presentation power, and individuals with big dreams but small voices. That realization became my life’s purpose.
I believe public speaking is not about perfect English or impressive vocabulary. It is about emotional clarity. When your purpose becomes stronger than your fear, your voice automatically gains power.
Through seminars, workshops, and online training programs, I have worked with students, teachers, professionals, entrepreneurs, and parents - helping them transform stage fear into stage power. My approach is practical, psychological, and deeply human. I don’t just teach how to speak; I teach why to speak.
My mission is bold yet heartfelt:- To empower 10 million individuals to find their voice.
