All such tangent lines generates a cone with its vertex as the point such a cone is called the enveloping cone or the tangent cone, since it envelops all the tangent lines drawn from a point. By definition, enveloping cone of a surface is the locus of all tangent lines drawn from a given point to a the surface.

Another way is in vacation, go to some place where the local language is unfamiliar to you. So you have no other way and you will definitely speak in English and your confidence will increase.
