Been training for over 3 years for college students on employment skills, providing interactive training session and activity based learning modules. Providing them knowledge on critical and creative thinking skills with a boosting their confidence and upgrading them in their daily life routine. Training Style: Adaptive, personalized, and interactive training sessions. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students can comfortably develop their language skills. My goal is to tailor each training session to the individual needs and goals of the learner, ensuring their progress and success. I have been working for almost 10 years now, worked in all the domains like IT , Banking and BPO's. Was a sales trainer and then moved on to become a soft skill and life skill trainer. Been traveling to many colleges around South India to provide offline training.
