Strong influencer and spokesperson with expertise in building self-confidence, setting and achieving goals and living a stress-free life. As keynote speaker i have delivered lectures on Stress Management and Mindfulness in defence, corporate and Educational sectors.
A certified life Coach and an NLP Mater Practitioner, I have worked through many clients who needed help during stressful life due to multiple reasons. With changing the mindset and thinking process, the clients found a way to rebuild their relationships. I help clients set their goals, find their strengths and weaknesses and work on their mental, emotional and spiritual fitness to achieve a successful, meaningful, happy and satisfied life.
I am working with many educational Institutes to help young students understand their potential for better personal career development and simultaneously preparing them to face stiff challenges in future. I am affiliated with Udyan Shalini Project (NGO) mentoring girls from class10th till they complete graduation/PG.
