I am an educator with a diverse academic and professional background, and I bring this richness of experience into every session I conduct. With 2 years of teaching experience, I guide students from Classes 1 to 5 across all subjects, and I also mentor MBA learners specializing in Human Resource Management (HRM). Teaching has always been a space where I feel most connected and purposeful, and it allows me to blend my knowledge, patience, and practical insights to help students grow with confidence.

Before moving into full-time teaching, I spent a year working as a US recruiter and also gained hands-on experience as a US tax consultant. These roles sharpened my communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities—skills that now play a major role in how I teach and support my students. I strongly believe that real-world exposure enriches teaching, and I bring this understanding into my classroom every day.

After returning to India, I decided to expand my academic foundation by pursuing Pharmacy, adding another dimension to my qualifications. This unique combination of business, healthcare, and international work experience allows me to deliver a more holistic perspective, especially when teaching MBA HRM students who benefit greatly from practical insights into recruitment, organizational behavior, and global work culture.

I have completed my B.Com and MBA in Human Resource Management, both of which have shaped my ability to understand people, manage diverse learning needs, and create structured yet flexible teaching plans. My academic background helps me simplify concepts, break down complex subjects, and make learning an enjoyable experience for my students.

When teaching younger students from Classes 1 to 5, I focus on building strong foundational understanding while also nurturing curiosity and independent thinking. I believe that early education forms the base of a child’s confidence, and I enjoy being part of that formative journey by making lessons interactive, supportive, and engaging.

For my MBA learners, I aim to bridge the gap between textbook theories and real-time industry practice. Whether it's HR analytics, recruitment strategies, or organizational dynamics, I ensure my students understand how these concepts play out in actual workplaces. My goal is not just to teach but to prepare them to approach their careers with clarity and industry-ready skills.
