I am Richard, and I bring an uncommon blend of scientific thinking and human resource expertise to the field of education. I hold a B.Sc. in Physics and am currently pursuing an M.A. in Human Resource Management, a combination that has sharpened both my analytical precision and my understanding of people — two qualities that define an effective educator.
Academically, I performed with distinction in my Class 12 examinations, securing 84.33% overall, with 84 in PCM and a near-perfect 99/100 in Chemistry, where I was recognised as the class topper. These results reflect not just academic ability, but a disciplined, concept-driven approach to learning — the same approach I aim to bring to my students. I carried this commitment forward into my undergraduate studies, completing my B.Sc. with 72.75% across major and allied papers.
Beyond academics, I have gained valuable real-world experience across diverse roles. As a Data Entry Clerk for one year, I developed strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to manage information with accuracy — skills that translate directly into organized, well-prepared teaching sessions. My earlier experience as a Bell Boy for nine months cultivated exceptional interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with people from all walks of life.
I have also served as an Assistant Leader in community work, where I coordinated activities, guided peers, and took responsibility for group outcomes — a direct parallel to managing a classroom and keeping learners engaged and on track.
My transition from Physics to HRM is intentional and purposeful. It reflects my belief that understanding both systems and people is the foundation of meaningful education. As an online tutor, I am committed to making concepts accessible, building student confidence, and creating a learning environment that is structured yet encouraging.
