The bond formed by the sharing of the electron is known as a covalent bond; usually, it forms between the non-metal and non-metal. In carbon covalent bond is formed because carbon is also a non-metal. This bond is useful for carbon because when carbon form this bond with another non-metal octet of carbon will complete it helps carbon complete its valency.
