I teach Yoga and have been learning and practicing this discipline since childhood, which has given me a deep-rooted understanding of Yoga as a way of life rather than just a physical practice. Alongside my professional responsibilities as a government officer, I dedicate time every day to teaching Yoga and guiding students toward better physical health, mental balance, and overall well-being. Teaching Yoga has always been a meaningful and fulfilling part of my daily routine.

I hold a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (B.A.M.S.) degree and am a practicing doctor. My medical background allows me to approach Yoga with a strong focus on safety, anatomy, and holistic health. I believe that combining Ayurvedic knowledge with Yoga practice helps students achieve more balanced and sustainable results, especially when dealing with lifestyle-related issues.

In addition to my formal medical education, I have completed extensive training in Yoga. I am certified in YCB Level 1 and Level 3 and have also completed Prenatal, Postnatal, and Garbh Sanskar Teacher Training, along with Kids Yoga Teacher Training. I am a proud member of the Indian Yoga Association, which helps me stay aligned with current standards and best practices in Yoga education.

I have experience guiding students of all age groups, including children, adults, seniors, and expecting mothers. I regularly conduct general Yoga, prenatal and postnatal Yoga, kids Yoga, and wellness-focused sessions. My long association with Yoga since childhood has helped me understand how practices need to be adapted based on age, physical condition, and individual needs.

My teaching methodology is structured and practical-based. I design my classes with clear lesson plans and provide step-by-step guidance to ensure students understand each technique properly. My sessions are interactive, allowing students to ask questions and learn at a comfortable pace while maintaining safety and correct alignment throughout the practice.

I conduct Yoga classes in both online and offline modes, offering flexibility based on students’ preferences. I also provide supporting guidance wherever required to help students continue their practice confidently. My aim is to help learners experience Yoga as a holistic tool for physical strength, mental calmness, and long-term well-being, while creating a supportive and disciplined learning environment for everyone I teach.
