# About Me

Hello! I'm **S. Nagasundari**, a Development Professional, Trainer, and Program Management Expert with over **25 years of experience** in education, life skills, gender equality, adolescent development, livelihood promotion, and community capacity building. Throughout my career, I have trained students, teachers, NGO professionals, community leaders, women, adolescents, and corporate employees across Tamil Nadu and internationally.

I specialize in delivering interactive, activity-based training on **Life Skills Education, Gender Sensitization, Healthy Relationships, Violence Prevention, Child Protection, Personal Safety, Leadership, Communication Skills, Emotional Intelligence, Career Readiness, and Training of Trainers (ToT)**. My sessions are practical, learner-centred, and designed to help participants apply their learning confidently in real-life situations.

I have designed and facilitated training manuals and capacity-building programmes on **Life Skills, Gender-Based Violence (GBV), Climate Education, Reproductive Health, Personal Safety, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Development, POSH, and Training of Trainers (ToT)** for diverse audiences.
