I am a Certified Yoga Wellness Instructor certified by the Yoga Certification Board, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.
I have 3 years of yoga teaching experience. During my B.Tech at IIIT RGUKT RK Valley, I conducted regular yoga sessions for junior students focusing on foundational asanas, pranayama, and mindfulness practices.
I also designed and delivered a specialized 6-month therapeutic yoga program exclusively for women managing PCOD and thyroid conditions, focusing on hormone-balancing asanas, restorative yoga, and stress-relief techniques.
I am a competitive yoga practitioner and have achieved District 1st Place at the Peerleru Yoga Competition, participated in the Khelo India Women's Yogasana Competition and Inter University Yogasana Competition at Nuzvidu.
I am passionate about making yoga accessible to all and helping students achieve their health and wellness goals through consistent and mindful practice. I am available for morning batches (6–8 AM) and weekends.
