I am a dedicated and passionate yoga instructor with 5 years of experience in the field. Embarking on a journey to balance a busy lifestyle and achieve inner peace, being trained under several renowned yoga masters, gaining deep expertise in various yoga styles, including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Ashtanga Yoga.

Known for creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience.
