Hi Jagabandhu,
Writing essay task can be easily nailed if you focus on making it organised, adding connectors / linking devices, having a set structure, less grammatical errors and then content related to topic. Vocabulary is also important as per the topic.
I totally understand it becomes a lot especially if you do not have a direction to attempt which is why, we at Aurora Illumin - International School of English Language have thorough discussion sessions with students with which they are able to achieve 15/15 score. In Retell Lecture, an audio of upto 90 seconds os played which you have to listen and make notes of. After which, you would have to summarize the lecture / speech that you heard, Itis recommended to set a certain template or few lines with the assistance of which, you would be able to narrate the answer in much cohesive way.

In Describe Image, I would highly recomment you to form a strategy to attempt. You should set a template or certain generalized lines which can be used in any type of question in order for you to save prep time as well as reduce the fumbling.
Secondly, while narrating information, focus on the main points such as the highest or the lowest elements along with adding maximum keywords.
