I am Sushma Sarbahi, an experienced educator with around 21 years of teaching experience in guiding young learners from Class 1 to Class 8. I specialize in teaching all subjects at the primary and middle school level, along with Hindi and Spoken English. My journey in education has been deeply fulfilling, and I have dedicated myself to helping students build strong academic foundations along with confidence in learning.
I hold a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree, which has provided me with a strong academic base and analytical approach toward teaching. Over the years, I have continuously worked on improving my teaching methods to suit the evolving needs of students. My focus has always been on making learning simple, meaningful, and accessible for every child, regardless of their learning ability.
I began my career working in schools, where I taught until the COVID period. This experience helped me understand classroom dynamics, student behavior, and the importance of structured teaching. After that phase, I transitioned into private tutoring, where I have been able to provide more personalized attention to students and focus on their individual learning needs and academic growth.
Teaching has always been my passion, and I genuinely enjoy working with children. I believe that every child is unique and capable of learning effectively when guided with patience, care, and encouragement. My aim is not just to help students score well in exams but also to develop their confidence, curiosity, and overall personality.
I strongly emphasize discipline, consistency, and good study habits as part of my teaching approach. Along with academic learning, I also focus on helping students become responsible and organized in their studies. I believe these qualities play a key role in long-term academic success and personal development.
My teaching methodology is based on structured lesson planning and interactive learning. I conduct both online and offline classes and use PPT presentations and whiteboards to make lessons clear and engaging. I encourage students to actively participate in class, ask questions, and understand concepts step by step rather than memorizing them. My goal is to ensure that every student feels comfortable, confident, and motivated while learning.
Through my experience and dedication, I strive to create a positive and supportive learning environment where students can grow academically and personally. I take pride in seeing my students improve steadily, gain confidence, and develop a strong foundation for their future studies.
