"Hired her for 7th grade for maths and science. She took tution only for two. Third month She disappeared after taking advance 3000 rs fees .Not returning calls and not replying to WhatsApp messages. Pls be careful before hiring her. I am seeing i am 4th one complaining same issue about her. Be careful before hiring. I would like to negative stars. "

"Soumya R. is a swindler, very sweet to talk, but she can cheat you with your fees. She has no conscience and has cheated us by taking full payment of 2500 for the month and did not complete my daughters math online classes. I checked her status and reviews and it seems I am the 3rd reviewer whom she has cheated other than may be many who have got cheated but never reviewed. Please do not hire her for any tuitions services, we have burnt ourselves. save yourself! "

"She is a fraudster, she asked to pay full fees in 4 days ,after payment she stopped taking class and even not responding back. Please be very thoughtful and conscious while hiring a online one to one tution. "

"She is brilliant teacher. My son was very weak in mathematics and science and was getting less marks for a very long time but soumya maam has taught him so well that only after 1month of tuition he scored highest marks in mathematics and science which is very surprising and she provides high quality teaching in very less charge only 3500 for 26 classes in a month for both maths and science and 2500 for 12 classes in a month for maths and science but for my son i opted for 26 classes. Thank you urban pro for providing such a wonderful teacher "

"An unprofessional teacher. I do not recommend this lady to anyone. My son has been attending Maths tuition, class 7, ICSE board for the last 2 months. Her teaching has been okay, nothing outstanding. She requests for paying the fees at the start of the month. I did that for 2 months. She took classes for 2 months, with irregularity being a part of it. Sometimes she does not inform whenever she plans not to take class that day. My son logs in and waits for 15 to 20 mins waiting for her to join, wasting his time. When we enquire about late joining, she dismisses it by saying she's not well and forgot to inform. This has happened on several occasions. Only initially she took classes properly and later got very lethargic. She keeps her camera off, so I don't even know if she's there by the system or if she's taken a break. Now I have paid the fees for the 3rd month, she took class for 1 day and then stopped. I tried getting in touch. She didn't take my calls and did not respond to any messages. After I sent a msg to her that I'll review her on Urban pro, she then got back to me saying her phone broke. Even that I ignored and reconciled. She took class the next day again and then the same thing happened. She stopped taking classes, stopped responding to calls and even messages. This kind of an unprofessional tutor should not be on this app. She doesn't have the basic ethics and courtesy of what a teacher needs to have."
