"A terrible experience with this tutor. She's a scam and cheat. She takes the fees and does not complete all the sessions. Only the first month she took proper class, and after that she took fees for the next month and stopped taking sessions completely. Her phone is either switched off, or she does not receive any calls if the phone is switched back on and does not respond to messages also. "

"A THIEF in a teacher's disguise and an unprofessional tutor. I do not recommend this lady to anyone. My son has been attending Maths tuition, class 7, ICSE board for the last 2 months. Her teaching has been okay, nothing outstanding. She requests to pay the fees at the start of the month. I did that for 2 months. She took classes for 2 months, with irregularity being a part of it. Sometimes she does not even inform whenever she plans to not take class that day. My son logs in and waits for 15 to 20 mins waiting for her to join, wasting his time. When we enquire about late joining, she dismisses it by saying she's not well and forgot to inform. This has happened on several occasions. Only initially she took classes properly and later got very lethargic. She keeps her camera off quite often, so I don't even know if she's there by the system or if she's taken a break. Now I have paid the fees for the 3rd month, she took class for 1 day and then stopped. I tried getting in touch. She didn't take my calls and did not respond to any messages. After I sent a msg to her that I'll review her on UrbanPro, she then got back to me saying her phone broke. Even that I ignored and reconciled. She took class the next day again and then the same thing happened. She stopped taking classes, stopped responding to calls and even messages. This kind of an unprofessional tutor should not be on this site. She doesn't have the basic ethics and courtesy of what a teacher needs to have. Now she has absconded with the money. Please be aware, she has two profiles on UrbanPro. She contacts people using her profile name as Soumya Rai. Then when she starts playing up, she confesses to having another profile with the name Soumya R. There are many negative reviews on her profile of Soumya Rai. Therefore she has created another profile of herself with the ID Soumya R, and right now there's one negative review in the new profile. She has duped us, and is using UrbanPro platform to do the same to others."
