I have imparted training in functional grammar along with empowering my trainees in speaking English with neutral accent My training sessions especially focus on candidates who are preparing for corporate jobs interviews after completing their graduation in management and engineering My training curriculum includes phonetics ( study of sounds ) and pronunciation rules My endeavour is to train my candidates thoroughly in communication so that they can speak English efficiently with neutral accent which is paramount in corporate sector I also teach students in basic communication which is called spoken English There I perpetually focus on functional grammar which comprise clarity in tenses, correct use of prepositions, helping verbs and main verbs I conduct sessions on free speech, Group discussions and extempores which help trainees immensely in fortifying their confidence Apart from that role plays is also an integral part of my training curriculum where trainees prepare skits and indulge in executing their respective characters accordingly to the skits prepared by them unanimously One to one conversation with the trainee is also a pivotal aspect of my training session In all these activities I analyse and evaluate my trainees in grammar, pronunciation, clarity of speech, rate of speech, voice modulation, intonation, diction and punctuation because these are the prime aspects where the interviewers select the candidates in job interviews I give rampant feed backs to my trainees
