Teaching Class 10 English and SST through small-group and one-to-one tuition classes, helped students build conceptual understanding, confidence, and strong examination skills. My approach focuses on making learning interactive and relevant rather than rote memorization. English, I guide students through literature, grammar, writing skills, and reading comprehension in line with the board curriculum. Simplifying complex themes by relating to real-life situations, encouraging students to express their own ideas while developing critical thinking. Emphasize on improving vocabulary, sentence construction, creative writing, notice writing, letters, analytical paragraphs, and comprehension techniques. For Social Science, I teach History, Geography, Political Science, and Economics with an objective to help students understand the "why" behind historical events, democratic processes, economic concepts, and geographical phenomena instead of simply memorizing facts. I create easy-to-remember summaries, mind maps, and revision notes that make lengthy chapters manageable and improve long-term retention. I conduct assessments, tests, papers and doubt-clearing sessions to monitor progress and strengthen weaker areas. I also train students in time management, answer presentation, and examination strategies, enabling them to write structured, high-scoring answers within the allotted time. Beyond academics, I strive to create a supportive and encouraging learning environment where students feel comfortable and learning from their mistakes. I maintain regular communication with parents update on progress, strengths, areas for improvement whenever required. Over time, many students have shown noticeable improvement in both their academic performance and self-confidence. They have developed stronger conceptual clarity, better writing and thinking skills, consistency in their studies, and a positive attitude toward learning. My aim has always been to inspire students to become independent learners while helping them achieve excellent results in their board examinations.

I have always given students the comfort of not being judged, this helped them overcoming the fear of making mistakes hence building trust and developing confidence. To break the language barrier I always relate to day to day activities and situations rather than heavy traditional ways. this gives the learner space to easily understand corrections as he/she relates it faster. Natural conversation instead of memorizing keeps the flow of teaching learning process. grade 11 is an important transition watching them become more confident in expressing their ideas and understanding literature gave great satisfaction. while teaching CBSE schools focus was more on reading comprehensions, grammar, and presenting skills hence I guided them to be precise, well organized and managing time. However ISC is more on exploring in depth literature discussed characters, themes and emotions which made sessions more of live conversation sharing opinions Economics and business was about them understand new and challenging concepts. I explained topics like demand, supply, markets, and business using simple examples, case studies, and everyday situations. My focus was on making learning more practical, building analytical thinking, and preparing students with a strong foundation for higher studies.
