I am a management professional with an MBA in Information Technology and Marketing, with specialisation in E-Business. My academic background has provided a strong foundation in both technology and business strategy, allowing me to adapt seamlessly across diverse professional environments.
I began my career in the IT sector, where I worked as a Territory Marketing Manager for three years. In this role, I supervised operations across 23 districts, honing my abilities in team coordination, regional marketing strategy, and client engagement. This experience strengthened my analytical mindset and sharpened my skills in communication, negotiation, and strategic planning.
Following this, I transitioned into the banking industry, where I have accumulated over a decade of experience in various impactful roles, including Branch Manager, SME Loan Processing Officer, and Field Officer. These positions demanded not only sound financial and operational knowledge but also strong interpersonal and leadership skills. I’ve been actively involved in customer relationship management, credit analysis, loan processing, and field-level implementation — all of which required effective negotiation, arbitration, and a persuasive communication style.
Beyond work, I have a deep interest in sports, including cricket, badminton, and lawn tennis. I'm also a passionate music lover and a decent singer, with a creative side that expresses itself through drawing and sketching. I've actively participated and won awards in athletic events, debate competitions, and music contests throughout my academic and professional life.
Intellectually, I enjoy engaging with a wide range of subjects — from contemporary and historical events to political developments, geography, and spiritual or religious studies — all aimed at personal growth and a deeper understanding of the world.
