Teaching spoken English is one of the most satisfying experiences I have had, when you see the students growing and beginning to use the language to evolve by using it in a daily routine. The effects that it has just not on the speech of the student but with each passing day the confidence it brings out in an individuals personality. This becomes evident as students slowly increase their Lexis and improve their Grammar along with pronunciation. The challenging part being the pronunciation due to inherent mother tongue ascents and dialects, which are not impossible to resolve but takes awareness, practice and persistence.
