This question is done by integration by parts. Here two function is given (logx, 1). Use ILATE to select first and second function. So, from ILATE logX become primary function, and 1 become the second function because it is algebraic and from ILATE, the algebraic function should come later than logarithmic function. Then integrate by the formula of integration by parts, and you will get the answer.
