I am an experienced Kathak educator and performer with over 30 years of teaching experience. Since 1994, I have been associated with City Montessori School, Lucknow, training students of different age groups in Kathak, stage performance, rhythm, expression, and choreography.

I hold an M.A., B.Ed., NET qualification, NIPUN certification, and an M.Mus. in Kathak from Bhatkhande Deemed University. I also served as a Professor of Kathak at Banasthali Vidyapith, Jaipur, from 1990 to 1993.

I am an A Grade Doordarshan Artist and have been honoured with the title of Kathak Mani by Sanskar Bharti. Throughout my career, I have conducted workshops and seminars, choreographed cultural productions, and mentored students for performances, competitions, and examinations.

My teaching approach combines discipline, creativity, and individual attention, helping students build strong technical foundations while developing confidence, stage presence, and a deep appreciation for Indian classical dance.
