:-) Cannot provide straight answer....There is a concept called fluid storage...Based on the frequency of the data access you can select the storage tier. Example: Data access frequently can put in premium storage and less frequently accessed data can put in basic/standard storage.

Proper data retention, deduplication engine also will help you in consolidating the storage price. These are the best practices applicable both on-prem & Cloud.
