Teaching is my passion I am into teaching profession since 16 years. I like challenges with young minds.. I will make students to confident by explaining concepts, taking special care. Cent percent assurance to child growth, committed to work towards target. I used to counsel the students to succeed in their exams.

I started my teaching career in 2005 in that year itself I got a chance to take class in 10 for one month for leave vacancy. After that I got the chance in 2011 in another school, then it continued. Taking class in 10 it was a challenge because responsibilities are more. Both parents and students are in stress, at the same time the school management also. If the results are not satisfactory it will affect to the reputation of the school. So the teachers are alert always .All the students have to face the board. So the preparation of each and every child is important. For that conducting special classes ,morning classes. Conducting evaluations in proper interval. After every evaluation a session with parents in school is very important. Because they are more stressed than students. The year tenth is important because it is the turning point of each student . The effort of all the pupils will be fruitful when we get the good result. Teachers especially those who are taking in class 10 they are not bothered about the salary which the management as paying to them, of course it is a pain to their personal life. Once if we are standing in front of the students our main attention was that whether the concept will be reaching to the pupil in the right meaning and sense. In that time we are not bothered about the payment. If the student got the concept and scored good in exam that was the great reward for teacher. After the schooling that student and parents never forget that teacher in their life every important movements they expect that teachers presence there.

I teach Mathematics to students of Classes 8 to 10, and I have been guiding young learners for over 25 years. My teaching method focuses on helping students develop not just strong academic results, but also a deeper confidence and love for the subject. I hold an M.Sc. in Mathematics and a B.Ed., which have given me both mastery of the subject and the pedagogical skills to teach it effectively. In addition to this, I am a certified Vedic Math trainer, which allows me to introduce students to faster calculation techniques and enhance their mental math abilities. Over the course of my career, I have taught multiple age groups and ability levels, always with a focus on clarity and practice. I firmly believe that every student is capable of excelling in math if the concepts are explained in a structured and relatable way. My students’ consistent success reflects my dedication and effective teaching style. I offer both online and offline classes. Each session is designed with a well-structured lesson plan, ensuring that every topic is covered in depth and revised frequently. I use interactive discussions to ensure active participation and encourage students to voice their doubts without hesitation. I make use of PPTs and a whiteboard during my lessons to visually explain concepts and illustrate multiple approaches to problem-solving. Along with concept explanation, I include plenty of guided practice and gradual difficulty progression to boost skills and confidence. Regular assessment, practice worksheets, revision tests, and personal attention are key elements of my approach. Yes, I also provide study materials and additional exercises to ensure clarity and practice. My goal is to make mathematics an enjoyable part of every student's learning journey.

I know this because I am a teacher, too. Although I do not think I'm always the best teacher, do I know that the majority of my students love me, and I guess this is partly why good things happen in my classroom. I have spent a lot of time thinking about and done a lot of research in to the question of what characteristics make a teacher effective and how I can succeed in the classroom. Although every great teacher has their own special, unique style, I have found that there are nine specific universal qualities that are necessary for anyone who wants to teach effectively, whether they want to teach in an elementary school or a university. If any teacher possesses the following characteristics and qualities, he/she can become a very good teacher with large fan base.
