Jatin, I would suggest you also start watching BBC news..it will certainly help...I am telling you this with my personal experience.

I agree with you Jatin. I polished my spoken english quite a lot after watching BBC for about 8 months on a regular basis. Plus I would suggest people who wants to speak fluently for day to day conversation, should watch a number of good English movies. Thanks
