I would say start watching Star Movies or Romedy Now in which you will get to see the subtitles along with listening to the dialogues. And find out someone who you can speak English to at least for a couple of hours daily.

Try to live in English atmosphere as much as you can. Listen to English conversations and talks, read Englsh books, and most importanly start thinking in English. If you can have a partner, with whom, you can practice speaking English, that would be the unltimate sollution to your problem.
