"During my school experience as a teacher, I handled students from 6th to 12th standard. I know which topics are basic and where students tend to lag. I have taught easy ways to learn grammar, and students are fully satisfied with learning it. Because of this grammar foundation, they can easily understand, speak, and write in English. First, it is important to assess the basic level of each student. Based on this assessment, I categorize them into three groups. For slow learners, I focus on simplifying concepts instead of encouraging rote memorization. I provide easy and important portions that help them pass the examination and gradually guide them to score above 60 marks. For average students, I emphasize regular revision and practice so that they can improve their performance and achieve scores above 80 marks. For toppers, who are already strong in reading, writing, and memorization, the goal is to achieve centum (full marks). I focus on strengthening their grammar, correcting mistakes, and improving spelling accuracy to enhance their overall performance.
