Sir, I have run spoken english institute and taught spoken english classes for more than 10 years. Students from different backgrounds have attended for my classes. I have made students speak in english by counselling and motivation. Usually I teach students fundamentals of english grammar and involve them in some activities and exercises. Most of the people have psychological problems not to speak in english such as inferiority complex and shy. Some students think that they are not good at grammar or pronunciation. I remove these problems and instill confidence in them. I have taught spoken english classes for school teachers in many schools. I am running a school, Good Shepherd English School in kurnool city. Every year I conduct spoken english classes for all my teachers for one week. They always speak in english. Speaking in english is a habit. One must have passion and ambition to speak in english. By applying all these concepts I conduct my spoken english classes.
