I have gained valuable teaching experience through my collaboration with my mother, a government school teacher, where I actively participated in teaching Class I to V students. Working closely with her allowed me to understand the diverse learning needs of young students and tailor my teaching approach accordingly. I assisted in designing engaging lesson plans, delivering interactive classroom sessions, and providing individualized attention to students to ensure their understanding and progress. The experience of teaching alongside my mother helped me develop effective communication skills, patience, and the ability to create a supportive learning environment. Currently, as a PhD scholar at KL University, I have been entrusted with teaching BBA students. While my focus has shifted to a higher academic level, the experience of teaching Class I to V students has provided me with a solid foundation in pedagogical techniques and the ability to adapt my teaching methods to suit the specific needs of different learners. I bring this experience and knowledge into my current role, where I continue to create engaging and interactive learning experiences for my BBA students, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for the subject matter.
