For me, teaching is part of learning. As I am teaching I am also learning from my learners as they are diverse. Each learner in the classroom brings his or her unique background and ability. This is a way of creating a conducive environment for learning.If the students are happy at the end of the day, so am I. If not happy, I must have missed something. I need to work harder to make them happy. I have taught in School as well as taken tuitions for undergraduate and graduate students. I strongly feel it's all about your passion. Everybody has gained experience in their respective fields over a period of time however teaching is not just about sharing your experience, knowledge, and skills but rather developing a bond with your students that you are genuinely interested in their development and well-being.
