I began my fitness journey in 2019 with a strong focus on transforming my physique and improving my overall strength. Through consistent gym training, I developed a solid understanding of exercise techniques, proper form, nutrition, fat loss, and muscle building, gaining valuable practical experience along the way.
In 2021, I competed in bodybuilding/physique competitions and earned the title of First Runner-Up at Mr. Kottayam 2021. This achievement reflects my dedication, discipline, and commitment to competitive fitness.
Since then, I have been working as a Personal Fitness Trainer, helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through customized workout programs and nutrition guidance. I have experience coaching clients in fat loss, muscle gain, body toning, and general fitness, with practical experience training beginners as well as intermediate-level clients.
