I hold a Master’s degree in English Literature, which forms the academic foundation for my expertise in language and communication. Additionally, I have completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations, giving me deeper insights into professional behavior, workplace communication, and soft skills—key aspects of personality development. I have also learned Computer Applications and German Language, and while I haven’t taught German professionally yet, I am confident that I can teach basic to intermediate-level German after a quick revision.
