if you are serious you can learn basic German in one month. Second month should be devoted to enriching your vocabulary and mastering the learnt grammar parts by solving grammar worksheets and by reading and hearing of a1 and a2 level stories. In the meantime you can form a team of likeminded persons who too wish to learn German language and converse with then only i stress only in German. Try to find some time to hear 'slowly spoken german news'. in this way you can be fluent in German Languange in two to three months.
