Trained at Bharat Yoga Vidya Kendra, The Satsang Foundation, Madanapalle, I bring a strong foundation in traditional yoga while integrating modern scientific perspectives, supported by my background in engineering.
With experience teaching and mentoring across diverse groups—including senior citizens, beginners, intermediate practitioners, and TTC students—I adapt yoga to individual needs, making it accessible, structured, and meaningful. My work spans volunteering, outreach programs in prisons, and school-based research, reflecting a commitment to making yoga transformative and inclusive.
