I am a yoga therapist with an MSc in Yoga Therapy and a certified yoga protocol instructor, accredited by the Ministry of AYUSH & YCB, Government of India. Trained at Bharat Yoga Vidya Kendra, The Satsang Foundation, Madanapalle, I bring a strong foundation in traditional yoga while integrating modern scientific perspectives, supported by my background in engineering.

With experience teaching and mentoring across diverse groups—including senior citizens, beginners, intermediate practitioners, and TTC students—I adapt yoga to individual needs, making it accessible, structured, and meaningful. My work spans volunteering, outreach programs in prisons, and school-based research, reflecting a commitment to making yoga transformative and inclusive.

Drawing from the teachings of the Bihar School of Yoga and SVYASA University, I emphasize yoga as a holistic practice that nurtures body, mind, emotions, and spirit. My teaching style is calm, empathetic, and adaptive, blending the traditional foundations of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga with step-by-step guidance, clear communication, and a focus on inner awareness. I strive to create safe and supportive spaces where students of all ages and backgrounds can experience yoga not just as physical exercise, but as a journey toward balance, harmony, and well-being.
