Dear Payal,
The fee depends upon teacher to teacher and also upon the fact whether you want the teacher to come to your place or you want to join a coaching. Individual subjects will cost you anything between 500 to 1200 per subject. If you choose to go to a coaching it will cost you much less, say anything between 1500 to 2500 for all these 4 subjects.
